Please add my upcoming novel, The Tool-Girl Side Character by Candlelight, to your reading list!
Here's the blurb for this story:
[Dark, deranged, obsessive genius perfumer] x [Beautiful, kind-hearted, voluptuous fisherwoman]
Before she found Fei, Beth had never known that someone with an angel's face could have a nose sharper than a dog's.
After meeting Beth, Fei finally understood that the most alluring scent in the world was a beautiful woman's fragrance.
Beth had a little secret. Nobody knew.
She found an oyster, pried it open, wiped away the mud, and claimed the one-of-a-kind pearl inside.
Fei had a little secret. Nobody knew.
Beth thought she'd found a pearl, but in truth, Beth was Fei's one-of-a-kind pearl.
P.S. My completed novel, Beyond the Distance, is ready to read!
Please add The Tool-Girl Side Character by Candlelight to your reading list:
After a meteor shower from planet Gamma, it seemed as if someone had stuffed a novel into Ayuan's head.
An utterly brainless, pregnant-and-running-away, harem-style literary epic: Seven Babies at Once: The Clueless Mommy and Her Genius Babies.
She wasn't the clueless mommy, one of the genius babies, the white moonlight, or a substitute. She wasn't even a villainess. The CEO's love life had nothing to do with her, but the CEO's eldest son was closely connected to hers.
The epic story went more or less like this: the sweet, silly heroine gets involved with the CEO and runs all over the world. She flees, he chases, and she can't escape. It's hard enough for a pregnant woman to run, let alone one carrying seven babies! She entrusts her eldest child to Ayuan, a poor university student sponsored by the heroine. The other six babies are entrusted to six other poor university students. When the Seven Stars align and the seven babies come of age, the time will come to summon their CEO father, overthrow his tyranny, and reclaim their clueless mommy! (What a terrible premise!!!)
Ayuan is a brainless, doting female cannon-fodder character, devoted to the genius baby. She's the baby's life mentor, a guide who burns herself to light the way ahead. In short, she's a tool who sacrifices herself to make the genius baby great!
Ayuan raises the little brat to repay a debt of gratitude. But the genius baby is even worse than his CEO father: clever and wicked, arrogant and unruly. He's a genius, and he's a lunatic too. After learning about his parents' melodramatic love story, he develops an antisocial personality. Then his father dies and his son rejoices, and somehow the story about overthrowing his CEO father's tyranny goes horribly off the rails into a war against the beautiful world! (What a load of crap!)
As the genius baby develops an antisocial personality, Ayuan awakens her noble, self-sacrificing tool-character trait. Coughing up blood, she reaches toward the genius baby's handsome, wicked face. "Fei... you promised me... you'd be a good person. You can't lie to me."
The genius baby's eyes turn red. Before he can take Ayuan's hand, she has already breathed her last.
The genius baby freezes, then vanishes from the world with her body in his arms. At last, he learns to cherish his true love, love the world, answer the call, and have three children in four years, living happily with his wife and kids.
Ayuan, the first tool-girl side character, lives for just 99 of the novel's 499 chapters, spending the other 400 as a memory. Her death makes the genius baby come to his senses and become a responsible man!
And so the world is at peace, flowers bloom everywhere, and the land is prosperous...
Damn it!
Damn it all!
What a crappy life!!!
Shi Fei is handsome, heir to a fortune worth billions, and a genius.
But his brilliant little head just can't understand how Ayuan, who spoils him and loves him more than life itself, could possibly not love him.
[Reader's Guide]
1. When the leads first meet, the heroine is 24 and the hero is 14. It's an older-woman/younger-man romance, but she did not raise him from childhood! She didn't! She didn't!
2. The hero has good looks but no sense of right and wrong. Please don't be too harsh. If you have to scold someone, scold him, not me. Please!
3. The heroine is somewhat of a heartthrob.
Theme: Girls are the most dazzling pearls in the world.
