After Marrying into the Port Mafia

In the second year after marrying a Port Mafia executive, Atsushi (female) finally saw her elusive husband, who was so busy he could barely set foot at home. Feeling that there was no hope of happiness in this marriage, she tried to smile as she took the divorce papers she'd prepared long ago out of the bedside table. The man had just walked in the door when he suddenly rushed over and hugged her. “I'm sorry I kept you waiting so long... I'll make sure to spend time with you from now on.” The man went on to say that he would do all the housework from now on, take care of all her meals, and that she only needed to work at the detective agency and come home in the evenings to be waited on. She could use his cards as much as she liked. Mr. Nakahara: “I know I've been awful. There's no excuse. If you want to yell at me or hit me, I won't fight back.” Mrs. Nakahara: “You don't have to do this...” Mr. Nakahara: “Hm? What's that in your hand?” Mrs. Nakahara: “...Nothing.” #A white tiger girl and a hat rack, a hilariously ill-matched pairing# #Port Mafia and Armed Detective Agency forced into an alliance through marriage# #Arranged marriages are nothing but trouble# Reader's guide: 1. Atsushi is gender-swapped in this story. Proceed with caution if that's not your thing. 2. Still indulgent and out of character. 3. There will be future yuri-related scenes involving the Ramen Gang (one-sided attraction). Skip them if you mind; I'll mention them in the summary when they appear. Check out my upcoming story, Mafia Widow Survival Guide, an if-story featuring dark Atsushi and Boss Dazai as the pairing. Here's another upcoming story featuring my pairing: Miss Nakahara Has Something to Say (Various Fandoms) by Nan Zhi Xue. One-line pitch: Dazai goes through hell to win back his wife!
