Reborn: I'm Definitely Not an Evil Empress

There won't be any updates for now (hides head). I really don't seem to have much inspiration for this story...

I'll pick it back up if I get the chance. Love you all.

In her previous life, Mu Jinglan was a wicked empress.

She turned her back on her family, harmed countless people, and was even willing to ruin her own father for the sake of one order from that man.

But after she had done all his dirty work in public, the censors denounced her as a "treacherous empress." She was destined to leave a dark, indelible stain on the history books.

She knew he had abandoned her.

She, of all people, knew what happened to a pawn once it was discarded.

Still, she couldn't accept it... As she drank the heartbreak poison she had prepared herself, Mu Jinglan thought bitterly that in this life, she had lost everything and taken everything from so many others. Yet in the end, the one thing she thought she had was something she had never possessed at all.

Reborn into a new life, the once wicked empress nearly became a nun in a temple.

Her stepmother? She'd been blind before, not realizing what a good woman she was.

Her half-brother? How adorable! Look at those chubby cheeks.

Her stern father? He's the General Who Guards the Nation, so there's no need to fuss over his personality. And the gifts he brought back are pretty nice.

Her sweet, naive cousin? This time, she won't egg her on to become a consort. Better to be a single lady like herself.

The senior brother pursuing her? Of course she should respect him. Wait, he's pursuing her?

Mu Jinglan was stunned. "What is this? This isn't how the story was supposed to go!"

Her senior brother: "You're not mistaken. I got beaten to the punch in our previous life." (Chagrined)

Theme: Just have fun and enjoy the ride. Let loose and go for it!
