The White Moonlight Begs for a Bad Ending

As a certain content creator, Lin Zeyue makes the protagonist's life miserable every day, right before his fans' eyes.

Game One: He chose to be the protagonist's stepfather. After the protagonist nearly drowned, he “held him up,” becoming the unspeakable pain in the protagonist's heart.

Game Two: He chose to become the protagonist's childhood friend. When the protagonist sought revenge on his enemy, his clumsy methods gave him away. As a car came speeding toward them, Lin Zeyue went for the idol-drama scenario: he shoved his childhood friend aside and faced death alone.

Game Three: He chose to become the protagonist's classmate. While they were both being held hostage, he took every hit meant for the protagonist. Just before he was about to be pushed from a high-rise, he found himself a “dad” and took the fall in the protagonist's place, smashing himself to pieces.

Game Four: Lin Zeyue chose to become the protagonist's handsome assistant. He followed the down-and-out protagonist every day, quietly giving him all his support and shielding him from one sneak attack after another. At a pivotal business reception, he chose to face the investors in the protagonist's stead. The protagonist's career took off, and he became a household-name star. But Lin Zeyue died.

When he chose to end the game, he found himself transported into it.

In Game One, the protagonist became a leading scientist.

In Game Two, the protagonist became a champion of justice.

In Game Three, the protagonist became a major villain.

In Game Four, the protagonist became the overlord of the entertainment industry.

And Lin Zeyue's current mission is to keep playing with the protagonists' feelings and try to get the bad ending.

Thinking about the protagonists' original characterizations, Lin Zeyue decided: I'm starting over!!!

Theme: I guess I'm a good person
