No One Can Outdo Me at 'Borrowing the Tiger's Might'

From Xin Xiaosan's perspective:

He was a spirit fox who had cultivated into an immortal. To truly attain immortality and take his place among the celestial ranks, he had gone to extraordinary lengths to find his benefactor. But he never expected his benefactor to grab him by the ears like a rabbit and hold him up the moment they met, then threaten with a fearsome scowl to stew him as a snack to go with his wine. (⊙o⊙)...

He barely managed to escape those clutches, but he just couldn't swallow his anger! He was practically a half-immortal, yet some mortal had bullied him.

So Xin Xiaosan took human form and approached his benefactor again, intending to repay his kindness while also pulling a little prank to get even. But he never expected that he would still end up being "eaten" by his benefactor...

From Di Raocheng's perspective:

He was working the night shift when a white rabbit suddenly hopped onto his desk. It gazed at him with a pair of glistening eyes, looking so adorable that he couldn't resist teasing it.

So he grabbed the white rabbit by its ears and lifted it up, putting on a fearsome expression as he said he was going to stew it as a snack to go with his wine.

To his surprise, the white rabbit seemed to understand human speech. It trembled in fear and looked at him with such a pitiful gaze...

P.S.

1. The silly day-to-day adventures of a goofy couple solving (flirting through) ghost cases (romance).

2. I wrote this on a whim when inspiration struck, so the logic is a mess. If it makes you smile, then it was worth it~~

3. As always, if you don't like it, please yell from the top right corner, sweetheart. Mwah~
