[One Piece] Great Pirate Era Online

Iris, a truant, wants to join the military and become a proud Federation soldier. To do so, she takes part in a special selection program and enters a large-scale action MMO called Great Pirate Era Online. There, she must participate in all kinds of major in-game events, showcasing her abilities, strategy, observation, experience, teamwork, leadership, and other all-around skills to pass the military's evaluation! In the game, she can trigger quests to earn rewards, and she can also choose to join a faction for access to more events. Before entering the game, Iris was told that many of her friends, relatives, and acquaintances also played it, and that some of them, like her, were taking part in this secret selection program to join the military. As a result, Iris, who thought she was simply playing a game, and the people of the Great Pirate Era often had some rather amusing misunderstandings. Iris [shocked]: "Marco! You're the dean's son?! No wonder you can keep such a weird hairstyle in the game without Mr. Edward shaving it into a buzz cut! Damn you, traitor to the 'Hair Freedom Club'... I wish Mr. Edward were my dad too (╥╯^╰╥)" And then... Iris [wearing a complicated expression]: "Ace... I know you hate our slovenly, greasy Uncle Roger just as much as I do, but he's actually alive and well... Before I came here, I was just on a seaside vacation with Aunt Rouge. I didn't tell you earlier at Marineford because I was afraid you'd explode on the spot..." Known relationships between the characters in Iris's world (updated as the story progresses): Ace: younger cousin on both sides Marco: classmate Whitebeard: dean
