The Apple of My Eye

After talking things over with my editor, this novel will enter its final arc with Chapter 23 and become a paid story on March 2 at 11:00 p.m. Thank you so much for all your support, cuties~ Lu Fei, the only son in three generations of the Lu family, is famous throughout Baima County for being good at pampering people. Especially the little kid from the family next door, who moved here from somewhere else. His name is Lin Hua. He's a tiny baby, pretty as can be, and strangers mistake him for a little girl at first glance. Lu Fei treasures Lin Hua with all his heart. He can't stand seeing the little one shed a single tear or even pout. Whenever he goes on a date with his girlfriend, he has to bring Lin Hua along, practically strapped to his waist. His girlfriend throws a tantrum: "It's either the kid or me. Do you want the kid, or do you want me?" Without a moment's hesitation, Lu Fei replies, "The kid." Then he turns and walks away with Lin Hua in his arms. Years later, Lu Fei has a successful career. He's handsome and wealthy, but after spending all these years raising a baby, he's become an older bachelor. Lin Hua still curls up on his lap just like he did as a child, wrapping his arms around Lu Fei's neck and asking in a clingy voice, "Do you still want the kid?" A sweet rural romance, with no angst. The seme truly spoils the uke, with the kind of sugar-sweet doting where he'd rather carry him than let him walk, and would rather kiss him than leave a mark. Independent, strong-willed, devoted-dog seme x insecure, timid, soft and adorable uke Little scene: As Lin Hua grows older, his figure becomes slender and his features delicate. He's soft and fragrant in Lu Fei's arms, and Lu Fei starts losing sleep. Every night, he has to get up and take a cold shower. A month later, he can't take it anymore. Sitting on the sofa, he loosens his tie and takes a long drag on a cigarette, looking miserable. "Lately, every time I touch him, I get all worked up. I've got this raging fire inside me, and I feel like punching someone. I never thought I had violent tendencies." His friend, whom he'd dragged over to listen to him complain for ages, rolls his eyes. "You're obviously lusting after him. You shameless pervert!"
