Nightmare Across the Game (Infinite Worlds)

On the fifteenth day of the seventh month, several men and women born under an ill-starred sign slip and fall into a game called Ideal Utopia. The game is tied to real life and death, and genuine evil spirits haunt it. All the newcomers tremble with fear, though some are also secretly gloating. Everyone is sure the first to die will be...the pretty, useless vase standing quietly in the corner. The pretty, useless vase is called Cen Fan. He starts coughing as soon as he arrives. His face is deathly pale, his lashes long, and his frail, slender frame looks like a paper doll. He wears a gentle smile and seems so innocent that any ghost could carry him off. But that very night, a Calamity-class evil spirit appears, shrouded in gloom. The moment it sees Cen Fan, its face changes dramatically and its eyeballs drop right out of their sockets. The evil spirit falls to its knees on the spot.
