The King and the Pope

Also known as "A Showdown Between Two Liars"

Harris is an exceptionally clever man. He craves power and plans to become Pope so he can fulfill his ambitions.

But something goes wrong along the way: the prince being raised in a neighboring country vanishes without a trace, so Harris takes a risk and finds someone to impersonate him.

After securing the papacy, he sets his plans in motion and starts amassing wealth. He does gain power, but things don't go the way he expected. Once he's had time to think it over, he realizes that the fake king he looked down on has outsmarted him.

In Harris's eyes, Cyril is a poor little thing. Even after they end up in bed together, Harris still thinks of him that way. When he wakes the next morning, he wonders where things went wrong.

Cyril sees Harris as just another pawn in his plan, yet Harris is the only one who truly sees him for who he is.
