Ji Lin stepped into the Savage Continent.
Just how savage was it? Humans were still eating raw meat and fighting each other with stones.
Saber-toothed tigers and mammoths had not gone extinct. Apes roamed the hills, never mind the prehistoric giant pythons, lizards, and crocodiles. Every one of them was an apex predator. Their modern counterparts would look like bugs next to them, okay?
And then there were scorching summers, freezing winters, floods, and wildfires.
The prehistoric era was far too brutal, so she had to find ways to hone her survival skills. She grew potatoes, chili peppers, and tomatoes, and raised wild chickens, ducks, and rabbits, just to scrape by. Somehow, she was elected leader of the tribe. Ji Lin spread her hands. There was nothing for it: she had to lead the whole tribe in search of a place to settle, defend against giant beasts, fight floods, grow vegetables, farm, raise rabbits, and strive for a life of plenty.
