The main story is complete! Come on in!
Yang Fu is the beloved legitimate daughter of a duke's household. On the night of the Lantern Festival, she happens upon Jiang Yan, a concubine-born son of a marquis's family. From then on, she admires him devotedly, and at last he marries her and brings her into his home.
Yet less than two years after their wedding, Yang Fu dies on the night of the Lantern Festival. After death, she sees her husband holding his cousin in his arms. "My dear, she's dead. Your heart's wish has been fulfilled."
Meanwhile, Prince of Luling Gu Huaizhang, whose marriage proposal she once rejected, holds her body and weeps, swearing to avenge her.
Reborn once more, she guards against her cousin and keeps her distance from Jiang Yan.
When Gu Huaizhang proposes to her, her cousin tries to dissuade her again. "The prince has spent years on the battlefield. He's cold and aloof. You mustn't accept this marriage contract..."
Yang Fu looks up. "I'll marry him!"
She had prepared herself to be neglected, but who could have guessed that her husband would treasure every smile and frown of hers?
The noble young ladies of the capital: "What happened to him being cold and aloof?"
Gu Huaizhang replies indifferently, "It's true that I have a cool and distant temperament, but when I've set my heart on someone, I have countless ways to cherish and spoil her! As for the rest of you, all you can do is watch!"
Yang Fu's cheeks turn as red as pomegranate blossoms. "They say you know nothing about romance?"
Gu Huaizhang puts an arm around her slender waist and teases her. "Do you know I earned this marriage contract with my military achievements on the battlefield? I've been in love with you for so long, yet you never knew. Tell me, which of us is the one who's awkward at matters of the heart?"
A sweet, doting romance, one-on-one. Enjoy with peace of mind!
Please add my next historical romance, Winning My Childhood Sweetheart (After Mistaking the Crown Prince for My Childhood Friend), to your collection.
After her family falls into ruin, Lingzhi is like a duckweed adrift. The betrothal arranged in her childhood becomes the only light buried in her heart.
Lingzhi never expected to run into her fiancé, but he doesn't recognize her. She, however, recognizes the scar on his hand at a glance.
When she was young, she fell into the water, and he got that scar saving her at the risk of his life.
They haven't met in ten years, and he has grown into a man as beautiful as an immortal.
It seems, though, that he has forgotten their past.
She works up the courage but still can't bring herself to mention their betrothal. She follows behind him carefully, doing everything she can to get close and show him kindness.
Only when her real fiancé appears does Lingzhi realize that she mistook the crown prince, who was traveling incognito under an assumed name, for him.
Fortunately, the crown prince is magnanimous and lets her offense pass with a smile.
He even invites her to the capital to marry him, and Lingzhi is filled with gratitude.
Lingzhi never imagined that from the moment she entered the capital, she would step into a cage one step at a time.
Deep in the palace, the crown prince coldly tears apart the butterfly she embroidered, his gaze dark. "I told you not to embroider butterflies, cranes, or birds again. Even if you really grew wings, where could you escape to?"
The Male Lead's Version:
While traveling incognito in Jiangnan, Crown Prince Li Yu borrows the name of a trusted official.
On the way, he happens upon a lonely girl living under someone else's roof. From their first meeting, she is exceptionally affectionate toward him.
Li Yu has met countless women like her and looks down on her.
But... gazing at her cloudlike hair and slender waist, the usually proud Li Yu thinks that taking her as a concubine would be easy enough, and indulging her infatuation would do no harm.
It isn't until his trusted aide mentions the betrothal arranged for him in childhood that he understands. Lingzhi's kindness toward him wasn't because of who he was, or even his power.
It was because of a name... one that had never belonged to him.
Li Yu gazes at Lingzhi, who is blushing with anticipation as she prepares to enter the capital as a new bride. He slowly rubs his thumb ring and narrows his eyes.
Theme: In the eyes of the one who loves you, your every smile and frown is a treasure!
The host didn't say anything, but Mother Fu was just... Speechless. And what's wrong with my Afu?
Finished spreading flowers? It's so beautiful, keep up the good work
I can't say enough to express my feelings, hahaha!!! Three days in a row!!!! Found it!!! Hahahahahahaha!! Hahahahahahahahaha!!!
Wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh...
There is really a lot of drama in this Fu mother, and I also feel that the heroine crying is a bit too much, n times a day.
The heroine is real. . . She cries at every turn, is arrogant all day long, and doesn't look like a mistress at all.
I didn't like watching Jiang Yan and Chu Wan. I didn't buy their past lives. But the ending was a bit rushed. I didn't see Little Baozi.
The ending is not very satisfying.
The prince in his previous life suffered so much in exchange for the delicate little princess who loved him and saw him so much in this life. If you love someone, let him know. Both parties will be happy. How happy it is to know that you are being pampered.
Nice! Well written in big letters
