Dewy Splendor (Short Mary Sue Story)

A Ye has been in the palace for years, but she is still a low-ranking consort.

The emperor has never shown her the slightest affection. People even fight over her monthly allowance.

Her younger sister, who knows a thing or two about fate, tells her, "Don't be upset, Third Sister. One day, a young emperor will be madly in love with you." ①

**

A lowly palace worker, once as insignificant as a blade of grass → a peerless beauty whose name alone evokes half of a golden age

A pitiful palace girl who has spent years on the cold bench → the principal wife of an eternal sage emperor, whose portrait hangs in the Imperial Ancestral Temple and whose incense burns for all time

"So what if no one loved me at first? Posterity will remember that I was the beloved who could make the emperor weep and willing to trade his life for my health, the one who shared power with the emperor in his edicts and had her name inscribed in his reign title."

The emperor's love for her, which surpassed the rites of every age and was unrivaled in paintings, so extraordinary that it eclipsed all others throughout the land, was most tenderly expressed at sunset, just before the sun went down, when she would fall into her beloved's arms and softly call him her husband.

The heroine is lively, bright, beautiful, and radiant. She is bold, free-spirited, noble, and proud, but never cruel.

She herself is the splendor of a prosperous age, a radiant spectacle, and a romantic, enchanting dream.

P.S.:

1. You can tell from the blurb alone that this is an extremely self-indulgent Mary Sue story. I just want to write about a wonderful girl who receives the most extraordinary love in the world. I want to tell you, dear readers, that even if no one likes you right now, that doesn't mean there's anything wrong with you. Someday, someone will embody all your fantasies and discover everything wonderful about you.

2. The male lead is the son of the emperor mentioned at the beginning of the blurb.

3. ① comes from a comment I saw late one night on Bilibili. It struck me in a strange and wonderful way at that moment, and I couldn't stop thinking about it. That's what made me want to write this story.

4. A peerless beauty whose presence completely denies the emperor's favor to everyone else.
