My name is Agasa Inaeda, and I'm the grandniece of an inventor.
I may only be sixteen, but I'm an amazing inventor too.
I don't know if it's a curse from the God of Inventions, Einstein, but the things our family invents never seem to find a market. I hear that only a few customers still order from Professor Agasa, too.
But that's okay. I believe I'll meet my patron one day.
Oh no, why have there been so many anonymous orders lately, including quite a few from overseas?
--This octopus club logo is so ugly. Is it a seafood research club?
--Oh my God, the "Super-Stretchy Underwear" finally sold! Americans really do have a more active sex life. The customer has great taste, buying my product. But plain black boxer briefs are way too conservative. Should I thoughtfully design something special for this customer whose note says "Green Hulk Doesn't Want to Get Angry"?
--Someone ordered the "Absolutely No Spoilers Hearing Aid," too. Nice! Addressed to Saiki Kusuke in Jakemachi. That name sounds a lot like someone who attended last year's inventors' exchange with my great-uncle.
--The "Artificial Texture Hand Cream," the one that needs three minutes under a special UV light after you apply it, has finally sold. QAQ Which kind soul discovered its appeal? Oh wow, Professor Agasa's neighbor wants to order this brand-new fingerprint. Why don't I just deliver it myself? I can save on shipping.
◆ The heroine is a relative of Professor Agasa. ◆
◆ Pairing: Shinichi/Shuichi, a fun two-way choice. ◆
◆ I kind of want to bring Matsuda Jinpei and Curaçao back to life. ◆
The inspiration came from the gadgets in Detective Conan, Kaito Kid's gadgets, and the final part of the game in The Phantom of Baker Street. Professor Agasa made all of them. He's really an incredible plot device [not].
Tips:
1. I might break up one of the original couples, depending on the male lead's eventual direction. The original pairing will become a purely platonic friendship, with no character bashing.
2. The heroine is a goofy, vivacious genius.
3. Other anime crossovers will include Saint Tail, Cat's Eye, Himouto! Umaru-chan, and The Prince of Tennis. I'll consider world balance before choosing any magical series.
↑↑ This is a full-scale archaeological dig through classic anime.
4. Some American and British buyers will pop up throughout the story. Since the Black Organization already involves the FBI and CIA, let's not worry about why HYDRA shows up too.
Theme: Science and technology are the primary productive forces.
