Mr. Fu's monologue:
Back then, I often lost. Whenever I lost, I trained, putting my head down and practicing until I was covered in injuries, big and small. When I dragged my exhausted body home, I would see you smiling at me, telling me, "Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. You lost this time, so why not win the next one?"
You would ask if I was hungry and make me noodles. Before long, it became a habit.
After you left, I didn't dare lose anymore, and I never lost again. When I won, there was a celebration banquet. If I lost, there would be no noodles at home, and there would be no you, either.
