So What If You're a Movie Emperor?

Cheng Ruan shot to fame in a sweet romance drama and was chosen by a famous director to appear in a film alongside award-winning actor Ji Fucheng. She liked Ji Fucheng and did everything she could to get close to him. But Ji Fucheng only looked at her coldly, ignoring all her advances. Even so, Cheng Ruan's feelings for Ji Fucheng never faded. Until one day, she accidentally overheard Ji Fucheng's opinion of her: "All looks and no talent. Her acting is nothing special, and she's spoiled. I don't understand how a star who's good for nothing but her looks became famous." After that, Cheng Ruan never tried to get close to Ji Fucheng again. At the wrap party, Cheng Ruan drank too much and toppled into Ji Fucheng's lap. Her slender hand curled around his neck as she muttered, "Hmph, so you're an award-winning actor. Since you say I'm spoiled, I'll act spoiled just this once." She suddenly leaned in and planted a bold kiss on his lips. Then she stood up and walked away with a carefree air, leaving Ji Fucheng frozen in place. Two years later, Cheng Ruan won Best Actress for her superb performance. She went onstage to accept the award in a red dress that made her look as lovely as a rose in full bloom. Presenting the award was her frequent screen partner, rising star He Qiyu. He Qiyu hugged her in congratulations. Below the stage, Ji Fucheng furrowed his brow.
