I'm very sorry. I've been having health problems, and I'm also nearing the end of graduate school, so I can't update on schedule. I'll do my best, and thank you all for your support.
Li Yaohuan lost both her parents at a young age. They left only a jade bead and a few dozen copper coins for her and her little brother.
Unexpectedly, the jade bead turned out to be the vessel for a System, setting Li Yaohuan on the path to becoming a jack of all trades.
She can hold her own in the martial world and stand her ground at court. She's the ultimate troubleshooter.
People call her the all-purpose golden brick, because wherever there's a gap, that's where she gets sent.
Shao Jinyu, heir to the Dingyuan Marquis's household, was born into privilege and clever from a young age. He has seen many battlefields and earned countless military honors, but suffers from a strange illness and has a violent temper.
Countless high-ranking nobles have tried to curry favor with him, only to hit a wall time and again. Yet for some reason, he takes an ordinary young man under his wing.
Rumor has it that Young Marquis Shao always keeps the young man right under his nose. Gossip is spreading everywhere.
Making money to support the family
Li Yaohuan: I can do that.
System: You can do that.
Little brother: Big brother is amazing!
Healing the sick and saving lives
Li Yaohuan: I've never studied this...
System: You can do that.
Patient: It's worth a shot. Go ahead!
Battlefields and court
Li Yaohuan: I'm weak...
System: You can do that.
Enemy troops: Don't come any closer!
The heir is into men
Li Yaohuan: ???
System: This question is beyond my scope. I can't help you. I'm sure you can handle it.
Li Yaohuan: Should... should I take a chance?
Shao Jinyu: I... I can do it!
Shao Jinyu (lowering his eyes, frustrated): Li Yaohuan is the only cure for me, and yet he's a man...
Marquise (smiling as she twirls a flower): Should we send the marquisate's troops to seize him and bring him back?
Shao Jinyu (perking up): Sounds good!
Li Yaohuan (hesitating): ...
Notes:
1. The female lead's golden finger is huge. Enormous. Big enough to pierce the heavens.
2. Expect melodrama and a bit of silliness. It's a satisfying underdog comeback story, going from having nothing to having power, wealth, and a man.
3. The System's interference will result in products that don't fit the era.
4. This isn't a typical System story, and the System doesn't get much screen time.
Theme: It's always good to have more skills
