Tsurumi Fune is an unqualified hero. The serious criminals she captures usually die without warning within a month or two, and no one can determine the cause of death. As a result, the police keep her under close surveillance.
Tsurumi doesn't care. The police aren't capable enough to notice anything.
That is, until she ran into some particularly twisted people and got caught off guard.
