My next novel, Marrying an Older Marquis, is open for follows!
Wang Qiongzi, daughter of a Hanlin scholar, was raised by her widowed mother, Yu. Yu brought her up with great care, making her a famous paragon of virtue far and wide.
When Qiongzi came of age to marry, suitors crowded the Wang family’s doorstep. Ji Xian, nephew of the Vice Minister of War, seemed the most sincere. His family was distinguished, and his future looked bright.
Wang Qiongzi took a liking to Ji Xian. But after the two exchanged tokens of affection, she discovered that she had transmigrated into a novel about a domineering male protagonist. Ji Xian was the villainous, tyrannical emperor’s secret identity: a debauched, eccentric, shameless ruler who would bring about his own downfall. The male lead, a general from humble origins, would rebel and become emperor.
After sixteen years in this world, she suddenly realized she was not the heroine and might very well be cannon fodder.
To get away from the tyrant, Wang Qiongzi began putting on an outrageous act. Whatever the tyrant liked, she made a point of despising.
Tyrant: Though I don’t enjoy reading, Qiongzi insists I study, but I know she only wants what’s best for me. What should I do? I like her even more now! Wang Qiongzi: QAQ
Tyrant, looking confident: As the mighty ruler of a nation, I must win Miss Wang over with proper methods. Only then can I show off my own charm.

Blurb: Yang Mo’s family was poor, and she was sold into the household of Princess Gaochang as a child to perform in song and dance.
At fifteen, she blossomed into a beauty with a face like a lotus and a willow-slim waist.
The Princess of Gaochang saw her as a valuable commodity and planned to send her to the palace as a palace attendant.
On the eve of her departure, Yang Mo dreamed that she entered the palace, won the emperor’s favor, and gave birth to his eldest son. But before she could enjoy a life of wealth and luxury, the empress dowager took her son away and gave her a cup of poisoned wine. Yang Mo died a tragic death.
To escape the fate she had dreamed of, Yang Mo set her sights on Xiao Yu, the Marquis of Pingyang, who was staying temporarily at the princess’s residence...
Xiao Yu was the emperor’s cousin and had always loathed women, especially song-and-dance performers who used their beauty to serve men. When he saw Yang Mo, who barged in looking like a vixen, he wanted no part of the trouble and planned to kick her out.
Yang Mo wept and begged, doing everything she could to move the cold-faced god of war. “I’m willing to serve you, My Lord. Please take me in.”
Xiao Yu suddenly felt an unbearable pain in his head and could not speak. The more desperately Yang Mo begged, the worse his headache became. In the end, he had no choice but to nod and let her stay.
Only later did Xiao Yu realize what kind of trouble he had taken in. She was someone he could neither be strict nor lenient with, unbearably delicate, and so precious to him that he adored her.
Note: 1. Golden finger: The male lead can never refuse the heroine’s requests, or he will suffer strange and varied retribution.
Theme: A story about a heroine who turns her fortunes around through her intelligence, despite the hardships she faces.
Aotian's fault, he wants to usurp the throne with his son-in-law
I quite liked it in the early stage, but later on I felt that the love between the male and female protagonists was not enough...
Why did the Eight-Power Allied Forces invade China? Don't you think war should be fought? The heroine is soft-hearted, where is she? Why do you have so much sympathy for the Yi people, a minority group you have never met before? When they were looting at the border and those Chinese people were worse than dogs, did you ever sympathize with them? Have you ever sent troops to protect those Chinese people who lived miserable lives? Even if you can't kill them all, you have to kill them first. Why does the one who says oh, the war is endless, have so much sympathy for those barbarians? When you are alive, you can guarantee that your current court will be strong. After you die, your son will be outstanding. Can you guarantee that his court will still be as outstanding? After being killed and exterminated, the Mongols can finally rise up again, let alone the rising Jurchen tribe. They are really mentally ill.
This article is a bit bland overall. After reading it, I feel like a long stream of water.
But you can't have any undue thoughts about the queen xs
Why did my sister-in-law pass away and arrange this?
Except for being a little awkward at first, everything else is fine
I read the book from the 1990s. I didn't expect it to be very good. I read it in one sitting.
Finished spreading flowers, looking forward to a new article
