The dilapidated Lingjiu Sect, hidden deep in the mountains and forests, is delighted to welcome its only two disciples in ten years.

The only flaw is that one is lame and the other is blind.

As Jue Mingzi's one and only senior brother, Chuan Xiong acts friendly toward him to his face. In private, both of them secretly want to strangle the other.

This goes on until one dark, windy night.

Chuan Xiong sees with his own eyes his blind junior brother, Jue Mingzi, who is forever getting things wrong, nimbly sneaking into the kitchen to steal a chicken leg.

When Jue Mingzi hears a noise and turns around, he sees his lame senior brother, Chuan Xiong, who supposedly needs the help of a blind man just to get out of bed, wandering into the kitchen in a dark outfit and staring at the chicken leg in his hand.

Jue Mingzi silently wipes his mouth. "Want one?"

"...It does smell pretty good."

Chuan Xiong: "No, thanks."

Hopelessly bad with directions, scheming top pretending to be lame × master of over-the-top flattery, bottom pretending to be blind
