When bored, he solves news cases from the tabloids and online without even leaving home. When luck is on his side, he races around London's streets, staying up all night to crack difficult cases...

But lately, he's been terribly bored￣ ￣)σ. He whips a corpse in the morgue, drawing frequent sidelong glances from Molly; hides a skull in the fridge and gets yelled at by the landlady; and fires a gun at the dormitory wall, nearly prompting the neighbors to call the police... At last, something entertaining comes along. As the great detective organizes the clues, he discovers that an unexpected visitor has appeared in his Mind Palace: the famous detective Edogawa Ranpo??
