Horror story arc:

A sudden downpour begins while Pei Xian is livestreaming a hike. He looks up and sees a dilapidated, sinister little cabin in the woods. Its broken wooden door, now little more than a frame, creaks in the wind. The pitch-black interior looks like a bottomless abyss, beckoning him inside.

Viewers: "That's terrifying! Should we go take a look?"

Pei Xian: "No need to go in."

Two withered, pale hands suddenly reach out of the ground and grab his ankles.

Pei Xian stands still and unzips his pants. "They say a virgin's urine wards off evil."

The abyssal demon: "." Slowly retracts its hands.

Suspense-horror story arc:

A reality show invites Pei Xian, already a top-tier star among domestic streamers, to take part in a murder mystery game aboard a ship with live NPCs.

Pei Xian declines: "No, no. People get murdered in locked rooms."

The director: "?!!"

A live-action CS reality show invites Pei Xian to participate.

Pei Xian: "Thanks for the invitation, but I'll pass. There are too many people around the production crew, and someone could switch the blanks for live ammunition."
