But whenever she asked, Marquis Zhenjin would smile brightly at her and change the subject. He simply wouldn't tell her why. Years later, after they moved into the imperial palace, Su Zichun found an unfamiliar box in the imperial study. Watching her stand tall and proud, he couldn't help admiring her, so he sent an adviser to help. As a result, by the next day, the entire capital knew that the Court of Judicial Review had mishandled cases and wronged an upright official. Children sang a nursery rhyme about it, and the officials felt for their colleagues. The matter reached the emperor, who ordered the court to retry the case. Marquis Zhenjin: ... He expressionlessly pulled out his little notebook and wrote: If I ever pity her again, may I lose all my power forever! Later, Marquis Zhenjin happily wrote: My darling is so cute. My darling's schemes are unmatched in all the world. May all the power under heaven be hers! Theme: Happiness is something you work for
