Ran Huan is straight, and not just straight, but a heartless playboy.

Ran Huan was completely lost. Frowning, he asked, "What are you looking at?"

Xiao Ce pulled the blanket up to his chest and said casually, "The Nezha in your belly."

Ran Huan: "..."

Ran Huan couldn't believe it. Whose was it?

Xiao Ce: "Your husband's."

Ran Huan looked at him as if he were an idiot. "Who is my husband?"

Xiao Ce: "Me."

In the end, he loses out to the newcomer, gets trampled on by the protagonist shou, and leaves for another country to let the two of them be together.

++ When He Qiao transmigrates into the book, he can only think, "This is so damn messed up." The original System has come along with him, too, and seems to have a screw loose. It forces him to follow the plot, threatening to shock him on the spot if he doesn't.
