My Boyfriend Came Free with a Bag of Dried Fish!

Lighthearted / silly comedy / fairytale style

Shen Qianfan is a little cat demon with a hundred years of cultivation.

One day, an unknown kitten latches onto him, and he becomes an honor-bound cat dad.

To make ends meet and earn money for formula, Shen Qianfan has no choice but to turn into a cat and work as his boss, Chu Xingzhou's cat.

Shen Qianfan mooches food and board at Mr. Chu's place, living the life of a chubby couch-potato cat. His only job is to cuddle up to Chu Xingzhou and act cute.

One day, Shen Qianfan is doing his usual job in his boss's arms.

Then, in a moment of carelessness, he turns back into a human!

Mr. Chu stares in silence at the beautiful young man who has landed in his arms, clothes in disarray.

Shen Qianfan looks at his boss, blushing.

Mortified that his cat disguise has been exposed, Shen Qianfan hurriedly turns back into a kitten, buries his face under a pillow, and pretends to be an ostrich.

Chu Xingzhou: "I'll give you three seconds to change back."

Shen Qianfan: "No... QAQ"

As a weak little demon, Shen Qianfan often heard his mother scare him with this: Unruly little demons get snatched up and eaten by the ancient demon god, Lord Nine-Tailed Celestial Fox.

Chu Xingzhou narrows his eyes at the cat demon's tail poking out. "What happens to unruly little demons?"

Shen Qianfan: "They get eaten by Lord Nine-Tailed Fox, the demon god... QAQ"

Chu Xingzhou: "Then are you going to behave?"

Shen Qianfan trembles. "Yes! I'll be super well-behaved!"

Chu Xingzhou looks down at him as powerful spiritual energy surges around him. Behind him, an apparition appears, its nine silver-white tails unfurled.

"Little demon who ran off without a word, the demon god is going to eat you now."

Shen Qianfan: ...? QAQ
