Jiang Sining is a wealthy woman. She owns two apartment buildings that bring in rental income, has eight figures in her bank account, and has a boyfriend who loves her and is ready to marry her. She thinks she's a clear-cut winner at life.

She never expected even she would hit a stumbling block. One day, she overhears her boyfriend complaining to his buddies: "Jiang Sining has such a rich-girl attitude and such a dumb personality. She mistakes medicated oil for eye drops and hair dye for toothpaste. She can book a hotel for the same date two years in the future. If she didn't have all those assets in her name, which will all go to my kids someday, how could I stand marrying her?"

Right then and there, Jiang Sining made him her ex. "Let your kids inherit your shabby old house instead."
