In Ya'an Village, the villagers were shocked to discover that their village's hero had brought back a Demon King from outside.

With those skinny arms and legs that looked hardly capable of fighting, and such an innocent, gullible personality, it seemed wrong to just leave him alone.

The villagers frowned and thought it over, then ultimately decided to pretend they hadn't seen a thing.

That is, until one day, the Demon King who had looked so frail and easy to bully spread his wings. Red scales covered his entire body, and in the end he transformed into a terrifying dragon from legend.

The hero from the neighboring village came to the mountain, sword in hand, where the Demon King was said to live.

"Where's your Demon King? Call him out," he said to a weak little monster he encountered.

"Huh? The Demon King?" The seemingly weak and pitiful monster turned to look at him. "That's me."

The neighboring village's hero: ...You have to be kidding me.

But then, another hero, whom he had taken for a mere background character, drew his sword. "If you want to fight our Demon King, you'll have to defeat me first."

"Come on, then!"

The hero from the neighboring village didn't know the rules here. Hearing this, he was so furious with his companion that the hand resting on his sword hilt trembled: Wake up! You're facing the wrong way! You're a hero, damn it! Is standing in front of the Demon King really what you're supposed to do?!
