Luo Yunshu sacrificed herself to seal the great demon Shen Hua for the sake of the greater good. But when she opened her eyes again, she had returned to the past.
To nip the problem in the bud, she took up her sword and went to the hometown of Shen Hua, the main culprit.
She planned to solve the problem at its source.
But Shen Hua wasn't Shen Hua yet. His name was Shen Tieniu, and he was just a grubby little kid who only knew how to play in the mud.
When Luo Yunshu was about to make her move, little Tieniu was facing down a group of brats with red-rimmed eyes, protecting an injured little rabbit in his arms.
When Tieniu scrunched up his face and looked up at her, pleading with her to save the rabbit, Luo Yunshu's heart melted in an instant, and she nearly dropped her sword.
How could this be the great demon Shen Hua? This was clearly her little angel, Tieniu!
*
Everyone in the immortal sect thought highly of Shen Xinghui. But after returning from a secret realm, he suddenly found himself with unfamiliar memories.
The person in those memories was named Shen Hua, a notorious great demon despised by everyone.
The two of them were almost identical. Shen Hua seemed like another side of him that no one knew, yet he was far less fortunate.
But at times, Shen Xinghui found himself envying Shen Hua.
Shen Hua could do the things Shen Xinghui couldn't.
For instance, Shen Xinghui was Yunshu's disciple, but Shen Hua wasn't.
Little scene:
Luo Yunshu: Shen Hua is a demon, Xinghui is a disciple, and Tieniu is a little angel. Which one do you choose?
A certain Shen: Whichever one you like best, that's who I'll be.
Luo Yunshu: There's fresh mud in the yard. Go play! I only like little angels.
#I raised the future great demon, but he went bad all on his own#
#I may have brought trouble upon myself, but I saved the world T^T#
A steel-straight, useless shut-in with a crazy streak of a heroine vs. a crazy hero who's adorable as a child and tries hard to stay adorable as an adult
In the end, was I the one who saved you, or were you the one who saved me?

Please add my upcoming book to your reading list: After Transmigrating as Long Aotian's Golden Finger, I Was Picked Up by the Villain
Ji Ning transmigrates into the biggest golden finger belonging to the Long Aotian protagonist of a brainless male-oriented novel.
In the story, she is at first the respected mentor who clears every obstacle for Long Aotian.
Later, she becomes one of Long Aotian's concubines, competing with a crowd of beautiful women for his favor.
To escape the ridiculous plot, Ji Ning takes advantage of the fact that the male lead hasn't arrived yet, transforms ahead of schedule, and escapes from the secret realm where she was sealed.
But she's injured and weak, and turns into a toddler. Before she can take more than a few steps, a shabby little fool grabs her by the collar and takes her home.
The little fool has no parents. Clumsily, he cooks the last half-bowl of rice in the house into undercooked porridge. His face is covered in soot, but he smiles foolishly as he hands Ji Ning the bowl and says, "Little sister, eat."
Looking into his sincere eyes, Ji Ning's heart stirs. Since she doesn't know her way around, she figures it might be nice to walk alongside him for a while.
And so, from a fearsome beast everyone dreads, she becomes the "good little sister" the little fool can't stop talking about.
Before long, the little fool grows up and gets taller.
With exceptional talent, he is taken in as a personal disciple by an elder of a major sect, and ends up as the greatest rival of the male lead in this book.
Seeing the big fool standing against the Long Aotian male lead, Ji Ning finally puts her rusty brain to work and tries to recall the big fool's name. Then she wonders suspiciously: Is he the villain?
The big fool pulls her behind him and glares fiercely at Long Aotian. "Ningning is so good. You must be the one in the wrong."
Then he turns around, gently places a hand on Ji Ning's head, and coaxes her softly: "Ningning, which hand of his touched you?"
Before Ji Ning can answer, he continues as if he's figured it out. "You don't like his eyes either, do you? Neither do I. Why don't I destroy them along with that hand?"
Ji Ning: Yes, he's definitely the villain.
P.S. The male lead's just a little slow on the uptake and pretty straightforward, not especially stupid (probably).
The female lead is an ancient ferocious beast.

Theme: Don't judge things by appearances alone. Get to the root of the matter and consider the bigger picture.
"Failure" is a big bug for the author~ The logic is illogical and the denial is excessive.
"Brother Jiuchuan" gave the author a big worm ~ It looks really awkward without punctuation marks.
"Already" has given the author a big bug ~ and
"Before" gave the author a big bug ~ in advance
The old cow eats the iron cow (confusion)
ヾ(????)?~
"Your Master" is a big thorn in the side of the author~ You master, respect her
This chapter feels a bit stiff, why? It feels like the plot is a bit forced.
I don't like that master-disciple relationship→_→
I just want to ask, when will it be updated?
