What would happen to Journey to the West if the divine stone on Flower-Fruit Mountain contained twins? Lian Yu: I'll hold up the sky for you, so you can always be that proud Monkey King, roaming freely between heaven and earth, with neither gods nor Buddhas daring to stop you! Great Sage: Even while I was still in the womb, I wanted to hold your hand. I knew you would be the first person I saw when I opened my eyes. Not even the Jade Emperor could sever the bond between us. I want to roam freely with you between heaven and earth, wielding my Golden Cudgel to slay any god or Buddha who stands in our way!
Please note: Lian Yu does not transmigrate or get reborn. There may be a transmigration plot point along the way, but it's just how Lian Yu grows stronger. I couldn't decide who would be the bottom, but how could the Great Sage be the bottom? So he became the top, and the story is told from his perspective. It has a bit of a cultivation feel. Happy ending, one-on-one, no angst. There may not be much romance, since the author has never been in love. Also, there's another story, "Yin Yang Gate". I'll post its blurb after I finish this one. Thanks for your support. Maybe I'll finish in September. Probably.
P.S. This story was inspired by a comment on another Journey to the West derivative novel. Someone said the Great Sage should be carefree and unrestrained, unafraid even of punching a hole in the sky. If he learned to compromise, would he still be the Great Sage? That gave me the idea. So if I accidentally end up copying another story, please let me know and I'll change it right away. Thank you, everyone. I'm a new writer and don't really understand what counts as plagiarism. If I use information from Baidu, could I be accused of plagiarizing Baidu? Shaking in fear.jpg
Theme: Heroes deserve a good ending.

It's so interesting to read the introduction. Let's wait and see when my wife decides to update it?
Super pretty! Come on, please update soon
So it actually took more than six hundred years, and five hundred years is probably an approximate estimate. After all, the ancient calendar followed the dynasties, and there was no Gregorian calendar.
