After Traveling to the Warring States Period, I Fell for the Mercenary Boss Who Kidnapped Me

[Original working title: "Notes from the Warring States Period," pairing with Bankotsu of Inuyasha's Band of Seven]

My name is A Ju, and I'm an unlucky transmigrator.

I'm unlucky because I transmigrated to the Warring States period 500 years ago and was picked up by a band of mercenaries and bandits.

The mercenaries offered me to their leader. To my surprise, he was pretty young and good-looking. More importantly, he seemed to like me quite a bit.

So I stayed by the mercenary leader's side and scraped by in the Warring States period.

But my happy days didn't last long. The mercenary band was too powerful and refused to serve any one faction, so the daimyo, who feared them, sent troops to wipe them out.

The mercenary leader who liked me had the worst end of it. His head was cut off in one blow, and he was well and truly dead.

Me: "..."

Just like that, my shiny golden ticket was gone.

What was I supposed to do now?

* Pairing with Bankotsu: a gorgeous, lazy beauty who only wants to stay alive x a young, illiterate mercenary leader. The male lead doesn't show it on the surface, but his feelings for the heroine are intense.

* The heroine will not be abused.

* The male lead will be resurrected, and won't die again after that. Happy ending.
