[Coming soon: Willow Hues Entice / A Fierce Kiss at Dusk. Scroll down for the blurbs!]

After thirty years of smooth sailing, she wakes up as a newly arrived educated youth in Tuwowo Village, Kaoshan Commune, Xinhe Township!

What's so hard about spending your days bent over the fields? Zhao Yuetong says through her tears, "I'm not afraid!"

She clamps a hand over her mouth to stifle her scream, trembles past the neighbor's vicious dog, and sobs as she deals with the kitchen mice. But she's defeated by a man who hoists her up and tosses her onto the kang.

Didn't everyone in this era go hungry and shiver in rags? Then why are there so many people in Tuwowo Village wearing fur coats and eating meat in the middle of winter?

People across the region say that a righteous bandit stronghold, famous throughout the Northeast, once saved countless civilians, then vanished without a trace one day. Could it be...

Dazed as she's carried over his shoulder, Zhao Yuetong says, "Hero, let's talk this out. Are you trying to kill me to keep me quiet?"

Hero: "I'll just marry you!"

What? Wasn't even holding hands supposed to get you arrested in this era?

Now this man is about to carry her straight home! Aunties and uncles, could you stop watching the show with your bowls in your hands?

This is nothing like what she was told! Hero... y-you... don't come any closer!

At sixteen, Liu Yue became the stepdaughter of the maternal uncle of Yan the Seventh Young Master of Dingcheng.

At nineteen, Liu Yue was tricked into climbing into Yan the Seventh Young Master's bed. He kicked her off, leaving her bedridden and sickly.

At twenty, Liu Yue's mother and stepfather died in a car accident.

Yan the Seventh Young Master ended the infighting in the Yan family of Dingcheng and became Lord Yan the Seventh, a man no one dared to offend.

She was brought into the Yan family and became Lord Yan the Seventh's lover, a fact everyone knew. She remained there until he was about to marry, when she was sent away. Ten years passed.

She never got to enjoy the comfortable, prosperous life Lord Yan the Seventh had arranged for her. She died of illness one week before his grand wedding of the century.

Then, at thirty, Liu Yue was reborn at sixteen, as if waking from a dream.

When she visited the Yan family again this time, Liu Yue no longer foolishly made a beeline for her "cousin."

She remembered what her father had said as he held her hand before he died: "I hope you'll live up to your name, strong and steady."

She shouldn't have forgotten that in her previous life.
