This story is a writing exercise and has many shortcomings. I hope my dear readers will forgive me.
Here is the blurb:
Hu Zhizi survived in the imperial palace, hoping only to leave in peace. But in the final years of her life in the harem, she met a great emperor. From then on, love and hurt took turns enveloping her. After she was left battered and broken, she finally left him...
First, I wish the emperor a long life. Second, I wish my beloved would always be by my side. Third, I wish the Great Qi kingdom peace and prosperity! After Hu Zhizi kowtowed three times, she rose and walked away, never to look back again.
The hero is not a scumbag. The hero and heroine are fundamentally a one-to-one couple.
Please add my completed novel, Ling Ding, to your collection. Blurb:
Ling Ding's blood soaked the earth beneath her. Eyes open, she gazed toward the sunset, toward the hometown she could never return to in this life.
Ling Ding was reborn at fifteen, on the very first day she entered the palace.
In her previous life, she was an official in the Court of Palace Attendants. She spent her entire life pursuing someone she could never have, turning against the whole world for his sake, only to be cruelly abandoned by him all the same.
In this life, all she wanted was to be a good person and live a simple, happy life. Yet fate kept sweeping her along.
"Have you ever felt the blood draining from your body? Gazing at that stretch of empty dust, imagining it was the towering palace you built for me, while I could never look upon it again!"
"Do you know how desperately I wanted to avoid you, to escape this wretched fate? And yet, again and again, you pushed me into that bottomless abyss!"
"When I was eighteen, I stood on the city wall and gazed out at the vast rivers and mountains, at the bustling life of the world. I don't know why I started crying. From the moment you appeared, I could no longer have any of it."
A lifetime spent pursuing, a lifetime spent refusing; a lifetime of madness, a lifetime of clarity.
Shall we both strive to become the best versions of ourselves?
This is a rebirth story. In her previous life, the heroine was ruthless and met a tragic end. In this life, she gets a fresh start and finally finds happiness.
Set in an imaginary world. Happy ending.
Visit my author page. My next story, Spring Returns, has begun serialization. Blurb:
Soft and sweet Chun Gui lives in the mountains with Granny, far removed from the world and ignorant of its ways.
Then one day, she saves a man, and in her innocence loses her virginity to him. But he vanishes without a trace. She goes down the mountain to look for him, only to see him atop a warhorse, his expression cold. He is no longer the General Mu she once saved.
Mu Lichuan gently pushes the cold-faced Chun Gui away and hands her a bag of silver. "Thank you for saving my life. This money is enough to keep you comfortable for the rest of your life." He rides away without looking back. It is only one blazing afternoon after he returns to the capital that he thinks of the girl named Chun Gui and feels, to his surprise, a hint of longing.
They meet again three years later. Chun Gui has come down from the mountains and, by a twist of fate, become a merchant. She lives a peaceful, carefree life in Wuyan Town.
The great general volunteers to lead an expedition and garrison troops in Wuyan Town. There, he discovers that Chun Gui has changed her appearance and become the owner of a little noodle shop.
He asks shamelessly, "Do you remember me?"
Chun Gui: "May I ask your name, sir?"
The great general: "...How much is this bowl of noodles?"
Chun Gui: "Ten taels of silver."
None of that matters. What matters is that Chun Gui has taken a young scholar under her wing, flirted with a court official, and eloped with a peerlessly beautiful opera performer. The great general is so furious his teeth ache. He clutches her tightly. "Why can't you be with me?"
"You're no fun."
The years in the mountains are long, and the road through the world is hard.
Wuyan Town can't hold on to noble lords and princes. Except you.
Theme:
I have finished reading all the articles, even if I am just practicing writing, they are still very interesting. I feel like I'm out of books
I read the comments that the ending was rushed, and I was thinking about what would happen, but I didn't expect... It was so rushed, hahahaha
The ending is so rushed. Concubine Chang's ending is not revealed, nor is the ending of the queen. The seventh girl has such a good personality that she can add a side story. I hope the author can change it again.
Looking back at the author's articles from "Early Spring Sunny", although it is the first article, it is also very well written. Then go for the next one.
After finishing the story, the ending was a little rushed, and many parts were not explained clearly. I guess the author had a headache at the end of the writing, haha
The girl's ancient sayings are also very interesting, but I haven't seen enough of them.
It's so well written, the first one is so great! Girl, you are my god!
It's beautiful, but it ends too quickly
Okay, the dog emperor can't hold back the corners of his mouth~
This chapter is really too rushed
