Touken Ranbu: Waiting for the Wind

"Life is like a train bound for the grave. There are many stops along the way, and it's rare for anyone to accompany you from beginning to end. When the person accompanying you has to get off, even if you can't bear to part, you should still be grateful, then wave goodbye." - Hayao Miyazaki, Spirited Away

It's probably about the dreary everyday life of an unlucky, shut-in woman who does nothing all day.

Actually, it's about me. These are the things that happen in my citadel, all the little moments I've quietly written down.

Saegusa Hana loves figurines, but she's a struggling art student. Too poor to get by, she takes up a part-time job as a Saniwa.

A few words from me: This is more or less my personal take on studying Japanese culture. Anyway, the later chapters will gradually draw closer to art. Touken Ranbu is a great subject to explore.

[Reader's Guide]

1. All characters are included, with one-way crushes. It's really more of a family story (at least, that's what I like to tell myself).

2. Sometimes the inspirational advice is complete nonsense.

3. I'm writing this to feed myself, and the characters are seriously OOC.

4. It's both over-the-top and cringey, no joke.

5. No being a troll.

If you're okay with all that, let's get started.
