In his dreams, Han Xi swept through four kingdoms with commanding force. Amid the people bowing before him, he welcomed his older brothers home after they had been sent away as hostages. After waking, Han Xi was at a loss, still stuck in his chambers, sighing. Then, on the day he returned for his capping ceremony, he was lying in bed about to take a nap when he opened his eyes and found himself in a strange space, where he met a god imprisoned in another world. Anlot (crouched in a corner): I'm having a meltdown. Do not disturb. Han Xi (grinning foolishly): Mother, I think I just met an immortal! After Han Xi freed him from captivity, Anlot accepted an invitation to visit Han Xi's world and became a travel enthusiast who flew all over the place. Han Xi: How do you entertain a god from another world? I know that all too well. Give him the best food, drink, and scenery, and in the end, get yourself caught up in it too... He rushed it to a veterinary clinic, and after nursing it with great care, the Samoyed finally recovered. As usual, Qi Ji planned to find a good home for the stray he had rescued. But this aloof Samoyed wasn't affectionate. At first, it bared its teeth at him warily. Even after it got used to him, it still didn't care much for him. He could forget about it acting cute or begging for attention. Fu Xiao also couldn't understand why he, the dignified White Wolf King, kept getting mistaken for a dog by that human. Qi Ji (eyeing the fluffy fur, barely able to resist): Come here, Xiao Bai. Let me pet you! Fu Xiao (walking right over without a moment's hesitation): Woof! ...Sometimes, a little disguise is necessary to get what you want! [Bonus Scene] Late at night, the little tabby sleeping in the living room felt someone punch it. It opened its eyes blearily to look, but there was nothing there. Little Tabby: Was I dreaming, or is the house haunted?! In the darkness, a pair of icy eyes stared sharply at the tabby curled into a ball. A cruel smile appeared on the face of their owner. Fu Xiao: Anyone who dares compete with me for affection has to die! Qi Ji got up to use the bathroom and witnessed the whole thing. He couldn't help but wonder: Xiao Bai has been so rowdy lately. Should I get him neutered? Lost in a sweet dream of crushing all his rivals and claiming Qi Ji's embrace for himself, Fu Xiao grinned foolishly, suddenly feeling a strange chill below the waist.
