The Regent's Mute Wife

Ruan Lan never imagined that after transmigrating, she would become a little mute girl, scraping by while tending a run-down porcelain kiln. Ruan Lan could speak, but opening her mouth would expose that she was not the original owner of this body, so she had no choice but to keep pretending to be mute. By chance, she “picked up” a filthy, skin-and-bones boy. She gave him food and drink, wanting only to have someone to talk to. Who would have guessed that the boy would not only glare at her fiercely all the time, but also shoot up in height as if he were growing like a weed? Three years later, the boy suddenly disappeared. A few more years passed, and a great figure arrived in the small town: Lu Zhui, the regent rumored to be cruel and vicious by nature. Rumor had it that, because of what he had experienced as a child, he disliked anyone coming within three paces of him. Yet this notorious figure suddenly appeared in Liu Family Village and deigned to move into the little courtyard of the Ruan family. Lu Zhui: “I hear you’re getting married?” Ruan Lan: “A-Zhui...” ※A story about a little wolf-dog chasing after and protecting the woman he loves. The heroine transmigrates, and the hero is reborn without his memories. ※Entirely fictional setting, so please don’t scrutinize the details. Theme: The craft of porcelain-making passed down from generation to generation.
