The White Lotus Villainess Just Wants to Be a Couch Potato

When Zheng Fu wakes up, she discovers she's transmigrated into a book as the white-lotus supporting heroine.

The original owner was frail and delicate, and used her innocent-looking secret identity to commit all sorts of wicked acts against the heroine. In the end, the heroine's younger brother, Xie Jialuo, ran her through with his sword, putting an end to her twisted life.

Fortunately, when Zheng Fu transmigrates, she's still the fragile, harmless little flower everyone knows. So she decides to be a well-behaved couch potato.

No sabotage, no jealousy, no framing anyone.

Following this principle, Zheng Fu discovers that her pretty face has won her plenty of affection from the leads. The couch potato has somehow become the group's beloved lucky charm.

Zheng Fu is overwhelmed by all the attention, secretly delighted.

Except for Xie Jialuo, the sinister boy who watches her from the shadows. His attitude is always ambiguous: he gives her a hostile, amused look, yet saves her from danger. He's impossible to read.

But as the plot unfolds, Zheng Fu discovers that she was Xie Jialuo's beloved from his previous life, the kind who deceived him in both body and heart.

Zheng Fu: I don't want to be your beloved anymore. I'll be the cinnabar mole instead.

And so the boy falls into her tender snare again. Zheng Fu thinks the story will end like this.

Until Xie Jialuo regains his memories.

At the bottom of Cangwu Cliff, the beautiful, demon-like boy suddenly cups her face, his voice frenzied. "Why did you deceive me?"

Xie Jialuo once hated Zheng Fu more than anything, and wanted to kill her more than once. Later, covered in wounds, he held her in the palm of his hand, only to discover it had all been a lie.

He nearly went mad with obsession, wishing he could drag Zheng Fu down to hell with him.

But now that he really has her, the warmth he craves radiates from her. She is the one thing he has longed for all his life but could never attain.

He kisses the back of her hand and murmurs softly, "A-Fu, I love you..."
