(Onmyoji) A Fake Yamata No Orochi

A severe self-indulgence and full-cast OOC warning. A fake (bingbu) Yamata no Orochi mistakenly believed his divine duty was to eat all the bamboo rats in the world (actually, he was just greedy, bingbu), and accidentally ate another god's pet (crossed out) familiar. Deemed a menace, he was locked in a dungeon (crossed out), the Yin-Yang Rift. To relieve his boredom, he wrote an autobiography, but the publisher rejected it for being OOC. In a fit of pique, he wrote an even more severely OOC version (compared to his actual personality) and submitted it instead, and it was accepted.

...I only wrote it in the third person. What is wrong with you people??? What kind of weird stories are they spreading in the mortal world, and what do you all think of me??? This is so miserable. The Minamoto family keeps throwing shrine maidens at my head every day, and I have nothing to eat, yet I still have to figure out how to feed the whole family. With his mind full of bamboo rats, Yamata no Orochi felt deeply that life was hard. He thought mournfully, Life has finally come for this poor little kitty!

Minamoto no Raiko, bringing Orochi next week's rations: ...Are you out of your mind? (disdain.jpg)

May include a gender-swapped Minamoto no Raiko. It has little to do with the game's plot. A silly comedy.

Theme: Work hard, and don't eat wild game.
