I'll Still Miss Him

Gu Qingye, in other people's eyes: a hot-shot director, a short-tempered rich kid, and quite possibly a gay man.

Director Gu is a powder keg, ready to explode at the slightest spark. He'll get into real fights with actors on set, and his only hobby is playing the drums.

He probably plays because it feels a lot like beating someone up.

After years of clawing his way through the entertainment industry, Gu Qingye is still arrogant, domineering, and insufferably self-important.

That is, until the powder keg meets his first love.

Sometimes Gu Qingye is a sweet, docile little kitten; other times, he's a big golden retriever wagging his tail like crazy.

When she was seventeen, Jin Yi had only one demand of Gu Qingye: quit smoking, quit drinking, and study hard.

Gu Qingye thought nothing of it, and ended up getting dumped.

Seven years later, Gu Qingye is wagging his wolf tail at Jin Yi, who's back in town.

He can quit smoking, and he's willing to discuss quitting drinking. It might be a little late to start studying... Do you still want me?

Jin Yi: Not really.

Gu Qingye: That's okay. We can take our time and work on it.

Jin Yi once thought that time and distance could wear anything away, so she chose to go far away.

In the end, she realized that no matter how far she went, she would still miss him.
