[Tokyo Ghoul] A Gift from the Gods

[Tokyo Ghoul] God's Gift

Also known as: [Tokyo Ghoul] Kami no Gifuto, meaning "God's Gift"

A gift is something bestowed upon you.

Who but God could bring such a miraculous gift?

Of course, ghouls don't believe in God.

[Synopsis]

Once, his bloodline changed his life dramatically.

Once, his bloodline made him hurt the most important person in his life.

Once, his bloodline made him the One-Eyed King of this world.

Once, his bloodline made him a bridge between humans and ghouls.

But his bloodline also tore his family apart, leaving him prepared to grow old alone, never expecting that...

Being reborn sent him back to his early student days.

※This story was inspired by Kaneki's Rebirth, so a "small portion" of the setting is the same. The story itself is entirely original, of course, and I will explain the parts that share the same setting. You can also enjoy this story without having read Kaneki's Rebirth.

◎Settings carried over from Kaneki's Rebirth:

1. He was abused as a child by his parents and aunt, including having his kakuhou removed at age four. This won't be described in detail in the story, and the reasons are different.

2. After being reborn, he attends Tokyo University, where he is a top student and a CCG investigator.

3. He has the Washuu bloodline.

◎Settings for this story:

1. This is a parallel-world version of Ken Kaneki. Before he was reborn, he was born a natural one-eyed ghoul, with a ghoul for a father and a human for a mother.

2. The story takes place one year after the end of Season 4 of the TV anime. Kaneki, married for seven years and now 29, is reborn in his senior year of high school. He does not transmigrate to another parallel world.

◎A rebirth story. ◎No amnesia. ◎His personalities will successfully integrate as the story progresses.

◎A wish-fulfillment fanfic about the return of a powerful king who turns everything around.

◎Pairings: Before being reborn, Ken x Touka; after being reborn, Hide x Ken. Ahem... Hide is the top in the bedroom, but not necessarily in everyday life.

Main characters: Ken Kaneki and Hideyoshi Nagachika. Supporting characters: Other CCG investigators and ghouls.

Finally, my previous novels were all in the Katekyo Hitman Reborn!, Naruto, and Prince of Tennis fandoms, and I abandoned them all... So be prepared for a dropped story and out-of-character portrayals!

One last thing: I currently update once or twice a week, with simultaneous updates on Tieba and Jinjiang.
