A Leisurely Record of the Imperial Harem

As a consort who started out as a palace maid, keeping her head down is the first rule of survival, while eating and drinking well is the main priority in life.

According to the official history of Shengyue:

Emperor Wenxian was a wise ruler of his age, unmatched by those who came before and rarely equaled by those who came after.

Yet this very emperor, in his later years, bestowed the title of Imperial Noble Consort on one woman and even had a residence built especially for her!

Strangest of all, Empress Cui, Emperor Wenxian's first wife, actually led the way in supporting him!

Truly, a remarkable oddity throughout history!

Blurb Two:

Some people transmigrate, while others are reborn. But whether reborn or transmigrated, if you've been given another lifetime, you should learn to cherish it. Don't make trouble for yourself, and you'll have a good life.

Happiness is actually quite simple. Be content, and you'll naturally feel happy!

Note: 1. A light, fictional historical story set in an entirely imagined world, based purely on the author's own flights of fancy. 2. My writing skills are limited, so please don't nitpick the historical details. No writing advice, please.

Theme: How an ordinary modern factory worker can live comfortably after transmigrating to ancient times.
