Qin Shu is reading an apocalypse novel. The female supporting character who shares her name is devoted to finding true love, only to have her so-called "true love" steal her spatial storage box when the apocalypse hits, then shove her into a horde of zombies to be devoured alive.

After waking up in the book, Qin Shu finds that the apocalypse has yet to arrive. She looks at the arrogant young man standing before her, grabs the gift, and hurls it straight into his face. Clutching her precious box, she turns around and throws herself into the great undertaking of searching for supplies to stockpile!

Before the apocalypse

Classmate A: Did Qin Shu go crazy after getting rejected by her dream guy? I think I saw her raiding the school store for snacks.

Classmate B: I saw her too! She even bought two quilts. Is she planning a trip to the North Pole in the middle of summer?

Classmate C: I heard from her roommate that she hid two butcher knives under her dorm desk!

Everyone: ...

After the apocalypse

With several hundred square meters' worth of supplies on her, Qin Shu hacks a path through the zombie horde, a butcher knife in each hand.

Her classmates: "Boss, please protect us!!! ○|￣|_"

Jiang Xiaohe has transmigrated into a feel-good rebirth novel set in a bygone era. The heroine uses her rebirth and her System's golden finger to breeze through life. Not only does she disfigure the wicked supporting character who stole her fiance in her previous life, she also manages to send the older brother of the story's biggest villain to prison. As for Jiang Xiaohe, by sheer coincidence, she's become the devoted-to-her-son biological mother of those villainous siblings.

Looking at her husband, thin as a rake and seemingly liable to topple in a breeze, yet still working hard in the fields despite being fated to die young, Jiang Chun sighs. She glances down at the pitiful daughter lying on the heated brick bed, whom the original owner had nearly sold for money, and at her trembling villainous son. Then she opens her five-hundred-square-meter storage space and takes out five cans of beef and a bag of imported formula, scavenged from an apocalypse shop. First things first, she decides: she needs to feed this family.
