Little Chubby

The chubby boy was cheerful and lively, and never felt self-conscious about his weight. But one day, he fell for the campus heartthrob. For the heartthrob's sake, he started losing weight and worked hard at everything he disliked. At last, through his own efforts, he became the heartthrob's best bro. Ten years later, they got together. The chubby boy was overjoyed, but three days later, they broke up. - He cherished him above all else and stayed by his side for over a decade. He gave him all the best years of his youth, only to hear him say: "I'm bored of you." A melodramatic story. [The scumbag comes crawling back trope]!! First the bottom gets hurt, then the top. (That's right, the author loves melodrama. Sigh.)
