Ran Wenyu, a homebody cosplayer, was suddenly pulled into a Call of Cthulhu tabletop role-playing game by an unknown entity.

In the game, he had to work with his teammates to uncover the truth behind strange events and, in doing so, entertain the powerful KP who controlled the entire game.

To clear the game smoothly, and to find a shortcut to victory, Ran Wenyu studied his character sheet and decided on a daring move.

He would seduce an important-looking NPC.

But once he’d seduced one NPC, how could he stop there?

KP: [Dear player, please seduce this NPC. They’ll give you very important information.]

P.S. This is based on Call of Cthulhu, but it isn’t scary! It isn’t scary! It isn’t scary! The author loves the kind of descriptions in Cthulhu stories that make readers lose SAN just by reading them, but I can’t write that myself, so please don’t expect it.

Since this is a novel, the plot comes first. The complicated rules of tabletop role-playing will be simplified considerably. Think of it as the author’s beginner-friendly house rules, and please ignore them, experienced players, if there are any.
