Whoever Breaks Character Is a Dog

The first variety show Xi Mingting ever appeared on was a dating show called Mr. Love.

As soon as he arrived at the filming location, Bai Tan, who was like a bottle rocket, suddenly sprang right in front of him and grabbed his hand. With the excitement and humility unique to a newcomer, he smiled at Xi Mingting, bashful yet captivating.

Bai Tan grinned. "Senior Xi, I've really, really liked you since I was little. I grew up watching your movies."

Xi Mingting thought, "Yeah, right." Then he said, "Oh, then you must have had a pretty rough time growing up."

Bai Tan's mouth twitched, and Xi Mingting saw it. But Bai Tan quickly turned to the show's staff. "Can I be in a group with Senior Xi? I've dreamed of sharing the stage with him."

Xi Mingting: A dating show? In the same group as me? Are you serious?

Two veterans acting together, faking a couple on camera.

They'll act out whatever you want to see.
