Reborn, I Dumped My Amnesiac Ex-Husband

The emperor suddenly falls gravely ill, and a treacherous usurper plots to seize the throne. At this critical moment, the palace maid Yun Zi takes the young crown prince and flees the palace at the imperial consort's request. Their escort is Wu Qianyue, the consort's younger brother and a commander. To avoid suspicion, he pretends to be the crown prince's father, while Yun Zi poses as a maid. Their life in hiding is fairly peaceful, except that Aunt Qiu, who took them in, is so warmhearted that she insists on finding Yun Zi a match. "A girl should marry when she's grown. Why don't I find you a good husband?" As soon as she finishes speaking, two figures, one tall and one short, appear at the doorway. The young crown prince takes Commander Qianyue's hand and calls brightly to Yun Zi with a beaming smile: "Mother, Father says to come home for dinner!" Looking Yun Zi over, Aunt Qiu says doubtfully, "You're only sixteen. How could you be the mother of an eight-year-old?" After glancing at Yun Zi, Wu Qianyue calmly explains to Aunt Qiu without so much as blushing, "She's his stepmother." Yun Zi: ...So I've become a mother just like that? Theme: A woman should love herself first and never lose sight of who she is.
