Has Mr. Huo Been Self-Absorbed Today?

[An adorable orange cat inside, come get your cat fix =w=]

[Handsome, narcissistic, goofy CEO gong] x [Pet doctor shou with prosopagnosia who thinks everyone has an ordinary face]

Huo Xiuyu: This guy saw my peerless good looks and didn't fall at my feet in my suit. He must have prosopagnosia.

Rong Yan: This guy has an ordinary face but is always posing. He's probably a narcissist.

They exchanged glances, both deciding the other was probably nuts.

That is, until they got to know each other.

Huo Xiuyu: I'm a narcissist. So what?

Rong Yan: I have prosopagnosia. Got a problem with that?

[Bonus Scene 1]

Afternoon.

Rong Yan gives Huo Xiaobao, the orange cat, a full-body spa treatment as he lies on the sofa. Huo Xiaobao is so relaxed his eyes are almost closed, and the tip of his tail keeps twitching.

Huo Xiuyu, who wears a shirt and tie even at home, sits upright nearby with a book in his hands, reading in a measured, sonorous voice: “...Worry not that there are too few, but that things are unequally distributed. Worry not about poverty, but about instability. For where there is equality, there is no poverty; where there is harmony, there is no scarcity; where there is stability, there is no danger...”

“Huo Dabao, speak plainly.” Rong Yan narrows his eyes and cuts him off.

“Ahem. Xiaobao's been enjoying himself for quite a while. Shouldn't it be my turn?”

“Sure.”

At that, Huo Xiuyu discreetly loosens his tie, the corner of his mouth lifting.

Rong Yan stops what he's doing and leisurely takes a gleaming scalpel from under the coffee table. “He gets this treatment in exchange for his OO. Do you want to trade yours too?”

“...”

[Bonus Scene 2] (From the victim cat's perspective)

I'm an orange cat. My nickname is Huo Xiaobao, and my full name is Love in the Time of Cholera.

I have two dads, and neither of them is normal.

To get close to my second dad, my first dad made me pretend to be sick and act stupid every day. I freeloaded on food and lodging at my second dad's place, and eventually managed to move him into our home.

I thought my second dad was a good person. After all, his cat food was so delicious and he was so good at petting cats. But later I found out he was the infamous “master of the snip,” feared by every cat in the neighborhood...

I hate him!

Whenever the girl cat next door flirts with me, all I can do is stare at my empty OO and cry. It's so hard being me. (Wipes away tears with paw)

Theme: Sweet and silly
