Naruto: Black and White Reversed

Sasuke Uchiha from two different parallel worlds, with the same experiences but different genders, both independently chose to study the laws of time, then were reborn as children.

The two Sasuke Uchihas met Itachi Uchiha again. But Itachi, who had also been reborn, discovered that his younger sibling had changed gender.

This is the story of a female Sasuke Uchiha from a parallel world who is reborn, only to discover that her big brother Itachi is from the neighboring world.

It doesn't matter that he's from another world. She went through the same things as her counterpart there, and he's still her brother.

[The Uchiha are born of love, driven mad by love, and die for love.]

Wasn't it you who made me into a proper Uchiha, Brother?

[To Sasuke Uchiha, Itachi Uchiha is the most precious person in the world.]

Even if I'm not the Sasuke Uchiha who used to be by your side.

[Could you try loving me, Brother?]

Then I can give you my eyes.

[The moment this world lost Itachi Uchiha, it lost all reason to exist.]

That's what every Sasuke Uchiha believes.

--Sasuke Uchiha is incurably ill with brother complex.

Every Sasuke Uchiha is a total brothercon!!! There's nothing worth caring about besides Itachi Uchiha!

Don't ask me about the pairing. Either the siblings make a life together, or the brothers from parallel worlds make a life together.
