Moonlight over Hong Kong Island

Everyone says Li Qinggui is just like her name, a crescent moon hanging high in the sky. The most distant, the coolest, and the most captivating. But only Li Qinggui knows that, back in the spring of her fifteenth year in Hong Kong, the image of a brilliant shooting star was already etched into her heart. From then on, every choice she made and every step she took unknowingly followed in that star's wake. Relentlessly, day and night, and forever beyond her reach. Now, at last, Li Qinggui has the chance to be by his side. Even if it's only pretend. * To quell a scandal, Yan Qishang teams up with Li Qinggui, a popular young star with an unblemished public image. Each gets what they need. For two years, they are bound together as a couple under contract. Before long, the manager who had initially worried that Yan Qishang would take advantage of her completely switched sides. Manager: Qinggui isn't the sort of girl who acts frivolously. Watch yourself in private. Just because she naively goes along with everything you do for publicity doesn't mean you can treat her like a toy. Yan Qishang glanced up and asked, "What makes you think I'm the frivolous sort?" The manager smiled. "You know perfectly well. Anyway, she has a crush on someone she's admired for ten years. Have some decency and don't get a sudden whim to steal her away or become the other woman." Yan Qishang thought it over seriously. "Well, actually, I am pretty frivolous." *Across the cracks in time, the Milky Way leaves a trail to follow / "Mercury"* Theme: If you never forget, your wish will surely be answered.
