Searching for Love

He and she were never meant to cross paths.

He was born to privilege, and his private life was a mystery. Rumors had it that his sexual orientation was questionable.

She was kind, perceptive, and tight-lipped, able to keep many of his secrets.

To outsiders, she was his secret lover, but she felt that she wasn't a "lover" in the usual sense.

A man and woman, both battered and bruised, who had witnessed the world's ugliest side and its most powerful social forces, embarked on a relationship that defied convention and was impossible for the public to understand.

Later, they realized that those who go against the current never meet a good end. They had both miscalculated.

And so it became a story of him spending every day trying to fulfill as many of her wishes as possible~

(When he starts trying to win her back later on, he's sincere, and quite different from how he was at first. Thinking about it, that's pretty adorable~)
