The CEO Next Door Is Kind of Cute

Blurb: A pampered top, chasing-the-top story.

A freewheeling, domineering CEO top x a cold and disciplined on the outside, devoted and loyal on the inside, CEO bottom.

Some unimportant friend: I went to this amazing French restaurant the other day. I recommend you two try it.

Bottom (uninterested, cold expression): ...

Top: Really? Maybe we can check it out sometime.

Bottom (immediately pulls out his phone to make a reservation, obedient expression): We can go tonight.

One day, the assistant appears in front of the bottom with an incredibly ugly decorative object, looking conflicted.

Bottom (frowning): How can anything be this ugly? Take it away.

Assistant (hesitating): ...Mr. X, the top, had someone send it over.

Bottom (stops frowning and reaches out to take it): Looking closely, it’s actually pretty nice.

Assistant (covering his face): ...I knew it would go like this!

Content warning: The top is not a virgin, and there is angst.
