One Leaf Knows Autumn GL

Liu Yiye noticed that ever since she went on a blind date and added her date on WeChat, whenever she posted in her feed about something she wanted to eat or buy, a local delivery would show up at her door.

Then one night, as a joke, Liu Yiye posted that she wanted a boyfriend.

The next morning, her blind date appeared at her door with a suitcase. He pinned her against it and asked, "You want a boyfriend?"

Liu Yiye nodded.

Her blind date gave her a roguish smile and raised an eyebrow. Bracing one hand against the wall, he pressed one leg against it and trapped Liu Yiye in his arms. Their foreheads touched as he said, his voice both bold and alluring, "I can't be your boyfriend, but I'd like to be your girlfriend. Is that okay?"

His stance was assertive, and those three words, "Is that okay?", gently tugged at her heartstrings, like a cat softly scratching her. Liu Yiye's heart gave a hard flutter.

Liu Yiye: Who the hell could resist that?

"When I've become someone worthy, I'll come find you."

For the sake of an uncertain promise, Liu Yiye foolishly waited for that person for years.

Luckily, that person didn't disappoint her in the end.
